It was fantastic to be at the 2011 QBE Sydney Motorcycle and Scooter show to make the world launch of the O2 Pursuit air powered motorcycle

Stainless Steel Components have been sandblasted and clear coated, along with the Yamaha footpegs and bash plate.

 

Design Development

Vac Forming

The blue foam patterns have been sealed with epoxy before being vac formed with 3mm hips to create the guard and fairing components. The HIPS is easy to work with and will be finished with paint to create a temporary, cheap  but relatively durable part.
